Deconstructing Conflict: Understanding Family Business, Shared Wealth and Power with Blair Trippe

Managing conflict is a critical success factor for families that share business or other assets. Understanding how to work with power and the conflict inherent in overlapping systems of shared family enterprise can unlock potential to achieve goals—as well as protect and enrich lasting family relationships. This session will help show how to recognize passive conflict (getting stuck) and active conflict (fighting) in family business and what forces are involved. Leaving this session with the ability to manage the inherent conflict in family business to promote business success and lasting relationships. Blair is the author of the book titled: “Deconstructing Conflict: Understanding Family Business, Shared Wealth and Power.” Book will be provided.
