The Northside Community Development Fund provides an array of financing and technical products and services to promote community development and healthy businesses on the Northside of the City of Pittsburgh. The Northside Community Development Fund was established in 2000 as a subsidiary of the Northside Leadership Conference and is a Community Development Financial Institution certified by the U.S. Department of Treasury. The Northside Community Development Fund provides loans and financing for businesses and real estate development projects throughout the Northside of the City of Pittsburgh. The Fund also promotes community development on Pittsburgh’s Northside by:
- Providing financial products and technical assistance to encourage business expansion and job creation.
- Offering financial products and technical assisntance to stimulate entrepreneurship and encourage the development of women- and minority-owned businesses.
